If you wish to cancel your commission, depending on how far I've begun work on your commission, a partial or full refund can be made, within reason. A partial refund is your remaining balance minus the deposit and fees for my time and effort put into your order. I must be compensated for my work. A request for a full refund after your order has been completed is not possible.
Once supplies are ordered and work has begun, a commissioner cannot change their mind about the design of their mask. Whatever you and I decided before hand is the agreement I choose to commit to.
If a commissioner is being rude, unreasonable, or threatening, I will cancel your commission. Refund rules stated above still apply.
I reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason.
If I somehow lose contact with you (the commissioner), or if you ignore or fail to respond to email or messages, and ultimately you fall of the face of the earth (this has happened), I will send you a warning email giving you a set amount of time to make a payment or contact me explaining your situation. This is usually a window of 2 weeks.
If you refuse to respond, your commission is void and I reserve the right to sell your commission or its supplies to someone else. Very little to no refund will be given back if this happens. It's your fault if you choose to be irrisponsible. So PLEASE, always keep in good contact with me! If you change your email, move, or even get behind on payments, LET ME KNOW! We can work something out.
