- Homosexual Content (Coupling, Yaoi, Yurry, etc.)
- Gore (Mild violence and blood is OK)
- Animations
- Pixel/Sprite Art
- Anime or Manga (I'm not comfortable with those styles)
- Fan Art (such as characters from movies and TV)
I have the right to refuse anyone for any reason!
Prints and Shipping
I can send commissioners the full size hi-res version to your email address. I can also offer prints to the commissioner for a discounted price.

Rights and Copyright
Rights I Have
I have the right to use your piece for publicity and the right to post it anywhere on the internet or in print. I also have the right to sell prints of your commissioned work, though I will usually ask for permission first (out of common courtesy). If you have a problem with any of this, please talk to me prior to an arrangement or simply do not commission me.
If you are commissioning me for something that will be used with other types of copyright *(such as novels, video games, movie concepts), I do not require extra compesnation or royalties, but I do require you give me credit for the work I'm doing for you within that media. Please talk to me prior to these arrangements.
Please note, I retain the right over the "expression" of the character, not the character itself. I will never lay claim to your characters. They are YOURS, not mine. You are simply paying me to draw them for you.
Rights YOU Have
It is YOUR artwork! You paid for it! You can edit/alter, print, reference or post your commissioned artwork anywhere or however you want. You can even use it in RPGs, for icons/avatars on forums, and you can even post it publically on websites, as long as my copyright remains on the full piece and/or credit is given with a link back to my website or dA profile.
I would also ask that you not sell prints or gain additional income from these works, unless its for the *reasons above, or we have made prior arrangements.
